Vintage Wrapping Paper

A few weeks ago, I went to an estate sale and bought a box of wrapping paper. Some of it was really old and used, but some of it was still in its original packaging. I love this one so much:

I love the "New! Giant single sheet" labeling. The colours suggest 1970's.

Any guesses as to what occasion this wrapping paper is supposed to mark?
